4. Digital Products Policy
All sales are final for digital products. Because our products are digital goods delivered instantly upon purchase, they are generally non-refundable. Once a product has been downloaded or accessed, we cannot take it back, similar to opening software or downloading a file.

5. Services Refund Policy
For professional services (web design, development, marketing, etc.), refunds are handled differently:
- Deposits: Initial deposits for custom projects are non-refundable once work has begun.
- Milestone Payments: Completed milestones are non-refundable.
- Unsatisfactory Work: If you're unsatisfied with work in progress, we offer one free revision. If still unsatisfied, we can discuss partial refunds based on work completed.
- Cancellation: Projects cancelled before work begins may receive a full refund of deposit.

We may issue a refund or store credit in the following exceptional circumstances:
Technical Errors
If our download system fails to deliver the purchased product and we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe (typically 48 hours).
Duplicate Purchase
If you accidentally purchase the same product twice within a short period. Proof of duplicate transaction is required.
Unauthorized Transaction
If you believe your payment method was used without your authorization. Please contact us immediately and also notify your payment provider.
Product Not As Described
If the product is significantly different from its description and this can be verified.
7. Non-Refundable Scenarios
The following situations are not eligible for refunds:
- Change of Mind: If you decide you no longer want the product after downloading it.
- Compatibility Issues: If the product doesn't work with your specific WordPress setup. Check compatibility requirements before purchase.
- Missing Features: If the product lacks features you assumed it had. Review product descriptions carefully before buying.
- Update Availability: If an update is released shortly after your purchase. We don't control developer release schedules.
- Third-Party Integrations: If the product doesn't integrate with specific third-party services as expected.
- Customization Needs: If you need custom modifications not included in the standard product.

Refund requests for eligible cases must be submitted within specific timeframes:

11. Refund Process
Once your refund request is approved, here's what happens:
- Approval Notification: You'll receive an email confirming your refund approval.
- Payment Processing: We initiate the refund through our payment processor.
- Processing Time: Refunds typically take 3-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and bank.
- Confirmation: You'll receive a confirmation email when the refund is processed.
- Account Status: Your account may be adjusted accordingly (product access removed if applicable).

Here's the typical timeline for refund processing:

We review your refund request and verify eligibility.
Day 2-3: Approval Notification
If approved, you receive confirmation email.
Day 3-5: Payment Processor
Refund is processed by payment provider (PayPal, Stripe, etc.).
Day 5-10: Bank Processing
Funds appear in your account (varies by bank and location).
Note: International refunds may take longer due to currency conversion and banking regulations.

14. Store Credit Option

- Amount: Store credit is typically issued for 110% of the purchase amount as a goodwill gesture.
- Expiration: Store credit does not expire.
- Transferability: Store credit is non-transferable and can only be used by the original account holder.
You can choose to accept store credit instead of a refund. This option often results in faster processing.
15. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order before downloading the product:
- Before download: If you haven't downloaded the product yet, contact us immediately. We may be able to cancel the order and process a full refund.
- Within 2 hours: Cancellation requests within 2 hours of purchase and before any download has been initiated are generally approved.
- After 2 hours: Cancellations after 2 hours are treated as refund requests and follow the same conditions above.
- After download: Once the product has been downloaded, cancellations are not possible.
16. Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product twice:
- Contact us within 7 days of the duplicate purchase.
- Provide order numbers for both transactions.
- We will verify the duplicate purchase in our system.
- A full refund will be issued for one of the transactions.
Duplicate purchases are one of the few cases where we routinely issue refunds without question.
17. Technical Issues with Downloads
If you experience technical issues preventing download:
- First, try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Use a different browser
- Disable ad-blockers temporarily
- Check your internet connection
- Try downloading at a different time
- If issues persist, contact support with details of the problem.
- We will attempt to resolve the issue within 48 hours.
- If we cannot resolve the issue, we will issue a full refund.
19. Chargebacks and Disputes
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us can result in:
- Account suspension: Your BanglaDock account may be permanently suspended.
- Legal action: We reserve the right to pursue legal remedies for fraudulent chargebacks.
- Blacklisting: Your information may be added to a fraud prevention database.
- Collection efforts: We may pursue collection of the disputed amount plus fees.
Important: If you have an issue with a purchase, please contact us first. We're reasonable and will work with you to resolve any legitimate problem. Filing a chargeback should be a last resort, not a first step.
20. Reasons for Refund Denial
Refund requests may be denied for the following reasons:
- Request outside the 7-day window (for eligible cases)
- Product has been downloaded and used
- Insufficient evidence provided
- Request based on change of mind
- Compatibility issues not specified on product page
- Multiple previous refund requests from same account
- Suspected fraud or abuse
If your refund is denied, we will provide a clear explanation of the reason.
21. Appeal Process
If your refund request is denied and you believe this decision was in error, you may appeal by:

22. Membership and Subscription Refunds
For membership plans and subscriptions:
- Monthly Subscriptions: Can be cancelled at any time. No refunds for the current billing period, but no future charges will occur.
- Annual Subscriptions: Pro-rated refunds may be available within 30 days of renewal. Contact us for details.
- Lifetime Memberships: Treated as digital products - generally non-refundable after access is granted.
- Trial Periods: If you cancel during a free trial, no charges will occur.
23. Bulk Purchase Refunds
For bulk purchases (5+ items) and custom orders:

- Custom development work is generally non-refundable once work has begun
- Partial refunds may be negotiated based on work completed

- EU Customers: Under EU law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days for any reason. However, this right is waived once you download digital content. By downloading, you acknowledge that you lose your cancellation right.
